1. Service Provider

2. Booking an Appointment
Bookings are made via the online form on masazemaya.si. Your booking is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation. The salon reserves the right to decline or reschedule a booking if a therapist is unavailable or unforeseen circumstances prevent the service.
Cancellation policy
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel, call +386 31 384 676 (Maja) or +386 40 284 288 (Neđad). Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to an administrative fee.
3. Payment
Payment is made at the salon after the service is completed. Accepted payment methods:
- Cash (with a 5% discount)
- Debit or credit card
- Diners (instalment payment)
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
4. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After expiry, vouchers lose their value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another holder.
5. Health Conditions
Maya Salon services are intended for relaxation and wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical treatment. Clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies or contraindications before a service is performed. The salon reserves the right to decline or adapt a service for health or safety reasons.
6. Limitation of Liability
Maya Salon accepts no liability for:
- adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions
- loss or damage to personal belongings during a salon visit
- indirect or consequential damage related to the use of services
7. Changes to Terms
Maya Salon reserves the right to update these terms. Updated terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Slovenian law. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent court in Ljubljana.
